Its difficult for some people to get around the market-cap to revenue ratio, but they fail to see how scaleable the products are and the new ways that surgeons are able to use the product. High growth figures in the NPV sound absurd to investors that do not thoroughly understand the intricacies and benefits of the product, but proof is in the pudding for those of us that do.
