It's easy to drive the price down with shorts. You just need money.
it's another thing to cover.
They've done the easy part, and with playing the price both up and down have likely made a fair chunk of change in the process.
Now the hard part: exiting their position. They need for the strong hands who have held strong for the last year to all of a sudden decide to sell 50m+ shares.
