No, I cannot. However I can imagine the opportunity to be there for the evaluation of the product in a war time scenario, specially if patients can be transported out of the front line zones to hospital in Germany or else where.
As to what may be behind the current price my only guess is this: "In the 1930s, economist John Maynard Keynes said: “Markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent." Unfortunately, that bit of wisdom remains true today. ... Likewise, when markets are cycling downward, fear can often spook investors into overreacting."
For that reason I have been buying, albeit very modestly.
