Hi there what do those in the field currently use to achieve full debridement of necrotic tissue and wound temporising?
My point is that if war were to break out in the coming days, weeks or month.. BTM would not be in a position to be used as it is still in its infancy in terms of adoption globally and not just in Europe where there has been very little traction and market penetration.
Whatever your response, those in the field will revert back to the incumbent method. That incumbent method does not include BTM right now, but I sure hope it does sometime in the future. Just don't think it is realistic right now.
