Can we expect an offer from "big pharma" for PNV?
Not impossible I would think but when this happens the takeover company usually buys up big first on market. There is no indication of that happening. No ASX disclosures.
Takeholders commomly offer current share price plus 20%. For PNV that would be $1.45. Who would accept that?
The Board would not recommend acceptance I feel!
