As many people have pointed out the revenue is increasing but not quick enough to support a rise in share price. The sales need to really accelerate, if they don’t then the current share price is realistic. Shorters have done the math too and that’s why they’re shorting this stock.
As for Covid, yes had an impact, but every other industry has adjusted and continued on with the new normal. It’s been around for long enough now that PNV should have adjusted it’s sales approach. Time will tell on this point.
PNV will drop out the ASX200 and insto’s will be forced to offload, that should provide enough shares for the shorters.
I hope for a turn around, I really do, but need to look at things objectively. My average buy in was north of $2 so this constant drop in price really hurts. I don’t see it as a buying opportunity, I just want to be back in green.
A 7% drop days before an Ann is due is a big worry.
