I don't think its a genuine sell.
The reason is that it would be against the interest of the seller to put 1mil of sell order in one go. That would scare off potential buyers.
i.e. Some of the short term buyers originally wanted to get in at 0.99 or .995 and offload at say 1.02, 1.03 etc.. Seeing a cap at $1.00 would scare off those potential short term buyers.
If i were trying to sell 1 mil of PNV, i would have chopped it into 10 or even 15 parcels and sell 1 parcel at a time... Especially on a day with strong momentum like today, all parcels should be offloaded in 2-3 hours at a desirable price.
