The thing I find very interesting is that looking at PNV and their publications page there are 17 studies on complex wounds, 3 on necrotising fasciitis, and 25 on burns - all from a diversity of researchers. Looking at one competitor that uses a biologic, they only have 6 published articles all from pretty much the same people.
Market has no idea the nuances of the products and I know where I am confident in putting my money, particularly as the evidence clearly demonstrates.
