My take on what you wrote, ends the same but with a different interpretation.
The analysts revision indicators are deteriorating. I cannot see what you see- but in the past analysts have downgraded PNV- but of late many analysts are now shining a spotlight on PNV saying there are indications it is rising- so I would interpret those words as the old analysts downgraded indicators (that PNV is worth less as a shareprice) is now eroding.
Its not that Analysts are downgrading PNV- its that their old recommendations of downgrade are now deteriorating, and at some point this would be the case for most shares that rise to all times highs, then fall, then go to rise again....Its similar to a video someone else posted here today- it was an hour long video- at 21 min PNV is talked about- well worth a watch. In the video the analyst/ trader also talks about PNV at a turning point in its share price....
