Exactly. Considering PNV only has a fraction of the market, other new companies that want to enter the synthetic market will bring further legitimacy for the process, bringing more attention as an alternative to the current conventional products. As the market leader in the synthetic market, the synergy created is more likely to be a positive for gaining further market share.
The caveat being the quality and price of the new entrants.
