I contacted David Williams about this product in December 2021 for his comment and can report
Polynovo are aware of the product and what the Vanderbilt group is doing.
The product has a way to go before commercially viable and it has issues re swelling.~50%
BTM is "more hydrophopic and doesn`t swell to that degree"
