i worked in IT, and inside sales reps freah out of uni are on 60-65 K base with a 25-30 k commision that most a get.
i remember in recruitment placing a BDM who sold aggregates (like sand and gravel) into construction; who was on a 85k base, 30 k commision and a fully maintained vehicle (worth about 20k a year)
