as an example my mate recruits sales reps of different levels most field reps for Stryker, a medical device company
he gets quite frustrated with their gruelling recruitment process. they pay good recruitment fees but the recruitment process is so long he looses half his candidates to other offers becasue stryker take so long and are so fussy who they hire.
but they pay their reps really well
