Dogz, I respectfully disagree. I'm sure DW could have easily filled the seat if his objective was to meet a self imposed goal. I would image that he wants to choose a stellar candidate that can take the company to the next level. Hire slow, fire fast. If you haven't seen his last interview, it's worth viewing.
