good points actually! i worked software sales to govt; so there were two events every year; there was the end of year push and that was from thr vendor in this case PNV but there was also the end of year push from the govt to spend any money that hadnt been spent to make sure they didnt loose it the following year and coupd supoort asking for more (completely unethical i know but thats how govt spending works)- so for the US any public funded hospital may have something similar and very easy to mop up a 250k order with some BTM. we can turn money into Dermis
anyone else noticing the price action first time popped the 1.63, its on 1.65 as i write this
