you should check the growth of PNV over the last few years in terms of revenue
a software vendor who pioneered saas (salesforce) still grows at 30% a year with multiple billions of revenue a quarter.
they cannabalise new organic it growth areas (acquisition of market leaders in new areas like Tableau visual analytics or Mulesoft, etc,,,) and Marc Benioffs key ingredient is best of breed products and putting bums on seats in terms of sales staff. and each year they keep shrinking sales territory and increasing targets for the rep
salesforce is the fastest growing company in history of companies. fastest to 1/5/10 billion revenue

so i agree with DW more employees is more scale. so long as they can keep hiring good people they have mkt leading product that also happens to be cheaper (salesforce is more expensive)
much like when salesforce started market penetration was low. pnvs market share is tiny. when market share is low it can allow rapid growth. with market saturation and getting a bigger piece of the pie growth slows. pnv imho is still very much in the exponential increasing part of growing revenues curve

if you remove the one year covid lockdown as a blip; check annual growth and youll see its as fast or faster than most saas companies
the patents help also to ensure they secure a strong pisition in the mkt
