there was two surgeons in the theatre one who has a lot of experience with integra.
and a surgeon came in from another hospital who had a lot of experience with BTM but usually on adults.
I didn’t catch all of the details but basically sounded like some areas were more suited to BTm and some more suited to integra.
but all in all the amount of available grafting skin available seemed to be the big issue.
I think they used one section integra so they could graft quicker then when graft site healed they could harvest same site to graft the BTM
that was my understanding
