We can reduce a long list of publically available evidence down to the fact that Ukraine has placed among the most corrupt countries in the world for many years.
It'd take the worldiness of a 5yo child to claim that my comment was gratuitous. As a matter of principle, since I don't seek advice from 5 year olds, I wouldn't accept criticism from them either.
