If the issue is well over subscribed you will get scaled back. The larger your holding on cutoff date, the larger your new parcel will be e.g. if you held only 100 shares your $30,000 application would probably be heavily scaled back. If you held 100,000 shares you would either get all of them or be scaled back a much smaller amount. It's the only fair way to do it I believe. Good fortune all subscribers.
