Really depends how much capital the company is asking for as SPP's can vary massively depending on the reason. Large capital raises like company acquisitions where they are really trying to pull in a haul of capital are the more likely kinds of raises to receive your full request. However on the other end of the scale during a recent SPP I was only allocated $2,500 worth of the SPP, despite applying for $10k (max was $15k I believe). I personally have pretty high confidence PNV will receive full funding, and a scaleback for participants will trigger due to the smaller limit of the raise. A 50% allocation cap or possibly even less is my guess unless you're a kingpin but as always we'll have to wait and see.
Please don't take my opinion as advise though and only offer 50% of the DRP if your initial plan was the full $30k as I'm just some random 27yo with an opinion on the internet after all. Same goes if you're trying to sell down shares prior to investing in the DRP trying to sell off the correct range to make a quick buck, don't take my opinion as gospel and I know just as much/little as you.
