    About the Role

    Collaborate in the development and execution of PolyNovo’s marketing communications strategies including digital marketing, social media, webinars, Search Engine Optimization, content development, brand management, and marketing analytics. Collaborate with ANZ and global marketing teams, sales representatives, and leadership to continuously build Polynovo’s brand and communication strategies.

    Assist the Chief Financial Officer/ Company Secretary by drafting correspondence/ communiques, ASX- announcements, content for the Annual Report and Annual General Meeting, letters to investors, etc for approval.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, implement, and evaluate omnichannel marketing communications strategies and tactics that effectively communicate the features, benefits, and experiences associated with PolyNovo’s product portfolios that creates measurable influence and drives product adoption.
    • Develop and manage new communication strategies and tactics associated with new product launches and entrance into new markets.
    • Contribute to organizing and executing the tradeshow strategy as part of awareness and educational strategies.
    • Under direction of the CFO/ Co Secretary, draft and/or edit a range of corporate and investor documents including, inter alia, content for the Annual Report, messaging to investors, ASX announcements etc.
    • Assisting preparation of the town hall slide deck and meeting.
    • Assist the CFO/Co Secretary with preparing investor and corporate presentations and organising webcasts
    • Build and maintain company and product brands through strategic and tactical execution of a brand management strategy including being the subject matter expert that works across the global marketing team.
    • Provide creative and analytical input to marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Work closely with sales members, product managers, Key Thought Leaders (KTLs), external digital teams and marketing channel representatives to understand customer needs, pain points and experiences to facilitate integrated communication strategies.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams consisting of product managers, global marketing members, sales teammates, Key Opinion Leaders, and agency partners to deliver a wide variety of campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, increase customer engagement, deliver excellent customer experiences, and increase adoption of our solutions and services to meet the needs of our patients, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Leverage customer insights to inform and develop an effective approach to messaging and delivery across multiple platforms.
    • Draft, edit, and communicate complex/ strategic messages for a variety of audiences
    • Determine appropriate communications channel mix and write /edit all types of content to support multiple programs, product launches, and campaigns.
    • Align tactics with measurable business outcomes and analyze metrics to drive data-driven decisions using a range of data and platforms.
    • Manage agency /vendor relationships, including selection and day-to-day activities.
    • Build and manage influencer relationships to communicate successfully in written and verbal environments
    • Contribute to the development of an inclusive, empowered, creative, collaborative, and high-performing culture with the focus of improving patient lives through innovation and service to our patients and customers

    About You

    • Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred)
    • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing communications role in the medical device space
    • Sound knowledge of marketing communications including digital marketing, social media, webinars, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)), content development, brand management, and marketing analytics.
    • Familiarity with ASX protocols and obligations for publicly listed companies would be an advantage.
    • Strong working knowledge and experience in marketing communication strategies, tactics, processes, tools, and channels in the medical device space
    • Strong digital marketing, social media, content development and CRM platform experience
    • Evidence of continuous learning and personal development
    • Exceptional project, relationship, organization, and communication skills
    • Ability to work with all levels of management, cross-functional teams, and teammates with demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and direct others towards a common goal
    • Demonstrated ability as an independent, creative, and motivated problem solver
    • Ability to manage a budget and outside resources
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently
