Minimum wage in India is circa 5500 rupees / month.
That’s a bit over A$100.
So 30,000 / month is very much middle class.
Im sure there will be commission incentives for sales staff but they will probably start with a retainer of well less than 30,000 rupees.
Hard to fathom hey!
But I guess when u can pick up a decent feed from a street vendor as a local for less than $2 …..
