Having never had a million dollar sales month before, they have turned three months of million dollars plus sales into what now looks like seven months of million dollar plus sales. Has it plateaued a bit? Possibly. But what effect do we think adding significant numbers of sales staff will have? And what effect do we think adding new markets will have?

At best, you are arguing for a temporary plateauing of what are amazing sales numbers. How about making some evidence based argument as to why these sales numbers might suddenly start dropping.
