DW said at the 1st H results presentation webinar, that in future the no of patients treated pa would be in the hundreds of thousands. Given that PNV is now entering India with a population of > 1B and there is talk of entering China, population > 1B, Japan, population > 125 M shortly, it seems to me that the number of patients could be measured in the millions. Ignoring future entry into the rest of Asia, South America and Africa, which all have huge populations,, a back of envelope calculation of what this could mean for the share price follows.
Share price a couple of days ago was approx 2.40, based on a projected 16,000 patients this FY. If there were 1M patients pa, share price could be 1,000,000 / 16,000 x 2.40 which equals $150, i.e. $150 per million patients treated pa. Food for thought ?.
