You beat me to it. And WRT the David Williams online interview on Vimeo, he once again mentioned the case of the succesful in utero treatment of the fetus with spina bifida and a surgeon in Australia who wants to try using it to augment a rotator cuff repair. Both of these are completely new potential indications. Repair of tissue defects in unborn babies (there are other defects that might be amenable) and the possible wider application of other tissue regeneration in injured joints, if it works for rotator cuff injuries. A large number of possibilities could open up other than hernias and breast reconstruction.
