I didn’t say anything to do with retail shareholders - I literally said insto shareholders in my response who participated in cap raise at $1.90 are not going to be part of a yes vote at $2.50. You don’t understand what needs to happen for a takeover to succeed,let alone a hostile takeover. Do you even understand what needs to happen for a hostile takeover to take place? It doesn’t just happen in the shadows. You have no idea… it literally shows your lack of understanding about M&A
