Agreed. They have been expanding the sales force "organically" out of revenues received without borrowing or raising capital for several years. Thankfully they dodged a bullet by doing that whereas companies like Avita carried out expansion of the sales force paid out of a capital raise just before Covid crippled revenue growth and wasted 2 years of salaries.

Now that they have grown sufficiently to need to expand manufacturing and proven their growth model it's a good time to have raised capital and use it to keep the future growth intact.
