Just because something is a high margin does not mean it automatically gets competed away. Shows your lack of understanding of market structure and many basic concepts of business. Additionally, 5-10 years in medical devices terms is nothing when it comes to applications which save people’s lives. To change a standard of care in hospital does not happen overnight. The company keeps delivering and growing market share that’s the important thing here
