That would (partially) be me!
If all of you think (apart from a few) that PNV is a great growth stock then you should all be selling your physical shares and buying the warrants.
The exposure is the same for a third of the cost.
The downside is that you pay an effective 8% interest p.a. on the face value of the underlying security.
But if you think that at any time within the next 10 years the PNV share price will exceed $3 - $4 you are better off buying the warrants.
