if you honestly believe that there is no benefit in having a seperation between CEO and Chairman roles then i have no words. It is best practice corporate governance. You maybe respectfully need to start doing some governance research before you propose such nonsense ideas.
and whilst we are at it i think DW is a fantastic chairman
