Company had cash and receivables at at June 30 of 78M and trade and other payables of 20M leaving 58M

Company will have been spending like drunken sailors for the four months to October (like they always have), so that's at least 25M gone.

The company has a loan compliance condition that it must have at least 35M in cash in order to meet the loan obligations...

So technically, they will be in breach by the end of the month.. I expect they will raising again in the next few weeks..

And who will they find to buy this stock after failure after failure. You?

If you could offer calculations, considered criticism or industry/market intelligence to bag PNV with; then fair enough. You might have done us a favour.

1. How can a company that is arguably doing nothing for a living but trying to convince the FDA to get approval spend this much money?

2. I'm always amused at the balance sheet that doesn't balance. Net assets 501M balanced off by "Intangible Assets" of 587M... Amusing accounting. You don't need a calculator for this one.

Lol I appreciate the comment Fes, this is well thought out, and likely more DD about either company than he has ever done.

The problem is he just doesn't get it. I always thought he was being a bit tongue in cheek with his commenting, but I actually think he's serious, and there just isn't much there.

I don't know if it's a cognitive decline thing, or just an ignorance thing, or a cognitive dissonance thing.... but either way, you'll never get him to show any insight.

There's never a moment of realisation. Of introspection. Just regurgitated non-truths he perpetuates himself. He's an antivaxxer that just posts insults and youtube videos and makes racist comments about Indians.

Not really worth anyone's time here, honestly. I feel like I've wasted 3 minutes simply posting this, and I'll never get them back.
