I’d be careful of taking those figures at face value.
Yes, Integra’s Wound Reconstruction and Care sales were just under $100 m for the quarter, compared with $82m in the 2020 September quarter and in the 2019 September quarter.
But you need to take into account that in January this year, Integra acquired the company ACell (adding porcine-derived urinary bladder matrix tissue technology products into its mix).
ACell’s 2019 revenues were approximately $100 m p.a. – so, around $25m per quarter.
If you add $25m to $82m, then Integra’s ~ $100m sales in the 2021 September quarter suddenly don’t look so great.
