Yeah, as far as I know it's still so new in Australia that it hasn't integrated into best practice yet. It's more of a word of mouth thing at the moment, with surgeons using it, publishing papers, trying new techniques and discussing amongst themselves.
This is why sales have a long way to grow. It takes a long time for a product to become standard of care in medicine and we aren't even close yet.
Burns alone is a $1.5b industry. If we become standard of care in that industry alone, with our profit margins....
