the twitter posts you have shown... don't reflect a stampede, a wave or whatever.. not when there are 21,000 actual individual shareholders
what the posts reflect is a publication bias.. in other words only the punters who got the short right publish and the ones who messed up over the previous two years keep quiet
At the end of the day, unless you are a hedge fund with a lot of money, using both long and short accounts and the backroom staff to manage the rotation ... for retail, shorting is nothing more than gambling...
but for what it is worth I do think we approaching the denouement... I am just not sure if it is A Misdsummers Night Dream or King Lear that we are all watching...
