It doesn't occur from them selling short KS, it occurs from them buying shares to close.
When they sell shorts to push the price down, I'm happy to buy them.
If I bought their shares at $1.13 vs $1.19, it's worse for them/better for me.
Very basic concepts. How is this confusing
