Yes, but there is so much more to that statement. And it depends from company to company, some have huge potential for reversal and some don't. Every company has downtrends and uptrends and there is great skill needed to pick a reversal, but if you can do that, there is a great deal of money to be made. Jesse Livermore made squillions in buying at the reversal pivot points, which is no easy task to pick and there is no guarantee that there will be a reversal. That's where fundamental and technical analysis comes into play.
Just throwing shallow slogans around diminishes your other more thoughtful posts.
