Well it appears to be under significant distribution - basically it is saying there is plenty of supply but no demand so the price continues lower perhaps motivating more people to sell. See the article below regarding selling by larger holders

I made a copy of the last top 20 list available on the asx and will be updated when the next annual report is provided so I will be interested to compare the two
