I’m not at all concerned with the sp. The dilution is minimal in scale - the size of a bee’s dick comes to mind.
And for comparison, Calix’s SPP finished a week ago, also a max of $30k, at $4.24 per share. Today it’s trading at $5.27 as I write this. Just saying …
