yep, those manipulators tend to do it a few times within the pre-set range...
eventually it will lure traders to trade and even some med/long term holders to sell at the 'capped ceiling range', hoping to buy back at a cheaper price. Then once lots of impatient holders sold and the supply has depleted, it probably won't come back down and keep going upwards.....
i saw that happened to PNV a few times all the way up from 80-ish cents last year...
it actually happens to small cap shares in the accumulation phase a lot, as small cap shares can easily be manipulated with a few milions.
