DW and his BoD needs to go. Market has no confidence in him or his BoD. I am disgruntled with DW not with PNV. latest example of DW not delivering, said head of legal might be appointed by late August, now almost end of sept, nothing. Reminds me of when we were looking for CEO delay after delay.
Like I said before we need a chairman and BoD that builds market confidence by keeping to their statements and make announcements that are timely and is consistent in its form and format. For example, second Tuesday of every month/quarter make announcements re sales/revenue/update on the progress of all trials. This adhoc quasi at the behest of DW ain’t working out great. Why make statements on hiring head of legal appointment and so on when he can’t deliver.
I sincerely hope more people would vote down the remuneration report and we maybe able to get a new chairman and some changes to the BoD
