I am happy with Swami and DWs and Johnson’s judgement. He was head of JnJs ophthalmic decision world wide with I believe a turn over of $5b US with a possible profit of 20 percent. He is low key and puts emphasis on patient outcomes and the contributions of surgeons. It’s not about him. Behind that he knows how to sell. He can delegate to experts to produce good and new indications. But he is an efficient organiser of sales harnessing good media reports and surgeons stories . He knows how to organise a good sales team in a professional and respectful way. I have full confidence in him.
