22-Jan-2024 : Keeping it Simple with Price Action & Technical Analysis..
An example of "patience pays" witnessed today with PNV.
Looking at the DAILY chart since start of 2023..
* Since Nov'23, the stock has been in a slow consolidating uptrend, making higher lows.
* It also crossed a year-long resistance trend line in Nov'23 successfully.
* The resistance zone at around 1.69 had been tested and failed 4 times in the past between May'23 to Jan'24
* However, today it has successfully broken out of that grasp on the back of a good announcement.
* The probability of making that resistance zone a new support area, and then an uptrend from here on looks quite probable now.
