The shorters have control? Last I checked we were up 70% from the lows so they're obviously doing a terrible job at controlling it! IMO if the bulls want to push this higher they definitely will, a minuscule percentage (4% is nothing) of shares shorted are not going to stop this from rising, if anything, they're just guaranteed future buyers who are about to be forced to contribute to the buying volume.
