Ya reckon that's great. Check out WBT close. I sold my last WBT parcel at 4.12 and then it closes UP 18 pips in auction. Poly is going great and I have 2 granddaughters whose parcel has gone from $10k to $20k since we bought it. $3 by this Xmas no probs.
