Ive had a lot of dealings with ASIC including a group on HC that would openly manipulate boards and try to influence.
Mostly they have been very receptive but the frustrating thing is that makes everyone reluctant to report is you get no information or reward for the work.
In terms of reward, i mean the knowledge that something has been done and those infringing have been dealt with
