this could actually be a repeat of 2020/ 21 (which was run up in price really quickly) albeit this time it could even go higher. this is not that irrational when the revenue is growing exponentially.
furthermore this is in the healthcare sector ( it's not really biotech/ or a drug company), so many investors don't get what many of these types of companies do. PNV seems at least understandable. that's how I found it
