No, I think he is referring to the thick curved one. Looks more like a curved trend line - showing the increasing trend 'steepness'. You could have perhaps three straight lines on that chart, each one at a more vertical angle for a similar effect. The curved one looks nice - I like it. Certainly has been a rapid rise - a pullback and consolidation is a good thing here.
