not sure i buy such a simple explanation. Ok so lets say i want to “profit take” and its 2.30pm today. My mind doesnt naturally go “ well we are down 7% already today now so lets profite take! There are queues of smallish sellers lining up as the price keeps dropping. Seems like an irrational decision to me and defies logic that there are queues of small shareholders saying “lets profit take”
