Fair enough. People who know me well describe me as a speculator who trades. But listen to this, again from trading stocks and commodities with the insiders. ‘ I once interviewed more than 50 pretty good traders to see what made them tick along with 50 of the all time worst traders I have ever known. The amazing thing was that there wasn’t much difference in the basic belief system. There were two major differences that I was finally able to pin down.’
The big winning traders were quite funny, humorous and almost carefree about it all, winning and even losing. The losers were uptight, cynical, judgemental, less accepting of the losses. The winners rolled with the punches while the losers became negative leading to further losses. Don’t be a bad loser.
