I am of the understanding that BARDA trial is for full destruction ie that is for the polymer to fully go through the system and do what it claims to exit the body through urine and lymph glands with no adverse reaction. I'll sit back and let some of the longer term holders who are more knowledgeable about the trial's timelines and outcomes of the trial.
